Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sun G Computers, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Since we deal in certified refurbished computer hardware, please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before shipping: If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a cancellation and receive a full refund.
- After shipping: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): If the product is non-functional or defective upon delivery, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all included accessories.
- You must provide a clear description of the issue along with photos or a video demonstrating the defect.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Physical damage caused after delivery (scratches, dents, broken pins, liquid damage, etc.)
- Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or use
- Return requests made after 3 days from the date of delivery
- Products with tampered or missing serial number labels
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality (expected with refurbished products)
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase (via Instamojo).
- The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
