Sun G Computers ships refurbished computer hardware across India. Below you will find details about our shipping process, delivery timelines, and packaging standards.

Delivery Coverage

• We deliver to locations within India that are covered by our courier partners.
• Delivery availability depends on serviceable pincodes. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will notify you after order placement.
• We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Free shipping may be available on select products or during promotional periods. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
• Delivery to metro cities typically takes 3–4 business days.
• Remote or rural areas may take up to 7 business days or slightly longer.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
• You can track your order using your Order ID or the tracking number provided by the courier partner.
• For tracking assistance, contact us with your Order ID.

Packaging Standards

• All products are carefully packed using anti-static bags, bubble wrap, and sturdy boxes to ensure safe transit.
• Fragile items such as hard drives and motherboards are given extra protective packaging.
• We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged, please note it with the delivery agent and contact us immediately.

Undelivered or Returned Shipments

• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make additional attempts as per their policy.
• If the shipment is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
